Sydney Green
Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Anthropology
I am a dedicated professional with five years of experience in autism support. Starting as a “Peer Mentor,” to a Registered Behavior Technician, I excelled in working with non-verbal and high-intensity behavior clients, implementing meditation and self-de-escalation techniques. When I moved to Florida, I found my passion working with neurodiverse adults assisting them through transitions in to independent living (whatever that may mean for them). At a transition program, I guided students in financial development, independent living skills, and personal growth. My leadership included coordinating international trips for neurodivergent young adults.
Now, I utilize my skills to assist adults virtually and through transitional services to focus on a more guided approach through a curriculum to learn and apply the nuances of daily living.
